If you’re staying somewhere other than the host hotel (Sheraton Cavalier) you will be responsible for paying for a taxi to the hotel you are staying at prior to Congress along with getting yourself to the host hotel for the night(s) you will be staying there.

If you are staying at the host hotel, call or find someone at the airport's information desk to call the Sheraton Cavalier Hotel at 403-291-0107 and ask for a shuttle to pick you up.

In some cases, the shuttle will be out of service. If that's the case, the hotel would send a taxi for you. At no point would you need to pay the driver unless you would like to leave an additional tip as the cost is incorporated into the payment by the hotel.

Please find your Canadian welcome crew at the information booth in front of the international arrival doors (Arrival Door 15). The ladies there will help you get onto the provided hotel shuttle or help arrangements for a taxi that is already paid for by the hotel. For those taking domestic flights, you will have to go to the above area that's located at the opposite end of domestic arrivals.
